NuHouse 640 is located in the heart of “fraternity and sorority row” on WSU’s College Hill. It had been previously occupied by the Sigma Nu fraternity. The house has been remodeled and updated to be used by both male and female students. We provide co-ed housing segregated by floors. A live-in mentor husband and wife team reside on the main floor and supply the house’s leadership. Common areas in the building include a living room, dining room, breakfast bar with range and oven, study/quiet room, chapter room with a ping-pong table, pool table, foozball and big screen HDTV. Big screen HDTVs are also located in the living and dining rooms. We have both male and female ADA compliant restrooms for guests. The site includes a sport court for basketball and bar-b-que, and a large front lawn for recreation and lounging. Parking is available either on-site or in the adjacent WSU lot for a small fee.All rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, chair, armoire, and night stand. Dedicated high speed Internet is available in each room as well as wireless throughout the house. All utilities are included in the room fee. Room sizes range from: 84 to 132 sq ft (singles) and 154 to 423 sq ft (doubles). All single room selections are based on first come, first serve. Double rooms are assigned according to roommate preference and/or placement by NuHouse 640 staff.

Note = First installments for both room rent and meal plans are due by August 1st. A $200 reservation deposit is due upon approval of applicant; deposit will be applied to the security/damage deposit. o:p>
If you pay one installment for the entire year on a
single, you will receive a $169.00 discount. If you pay two
installments (one per semester) on a single, you will receive a
discount of $85.00.

Students have their choice of two meal plans at NuHouse 640. Those students opting Meal Plan B (dinners only) may prepare their breakfasts or lunches at the Breakfast Bar in the Dining Room.
